Alliance Joint Sales Initiative Manager (Sunnyvale, CA)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Alliance Sales Manager for a global enterprise storage solutions company. The Alliance Sales Manager will work closely with a key partner on sales management of the joint solutions. This role will work worldwide to coordinate account mapping, forecasting, pipeline management, reporting and sales support to engineering team and marketing materials. (There is NO sales quota assigned to this role.)


 


This is a 40 hour per week, 12 month contract role, onsite role at the client’s offices in Sunnyvale, CA (flexibility to work one day per week remotely). This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions’ employee, health benefits offered. 


                            


Responsibilities:



  • Joint forecasting & pipeline Management

  • Management of sales quote between company and its partner

  • Bi-weekly pipeline management discussions - dollars and opportunities projected

  • Creation of formalized sales reporting & opportunity tagging process 

  • Cross-functional resource identification to support joint opportunities

  • Creation of joint win success stories and promotion

  • Creation of quarterly joint sales newsletter, including promotion, success, solutions, activities, contacts


Required Qualifications :


  • 5+ years B2B alliance sales/support experience in the high-tech industry; inside sales or sales deal desk experience ideal

  • Experience in storage technologies, highly preferred

  • Management and development of alliance sales activities and goals

  • Bachelors degree
