Customer Marketing Manager (Sunnyvale, CA)
We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager for a contract to perm role at a fast growing B2B high tech (late stage) start up. This role will focus on managing the customer advisory board and developing video customer reference stories.
This is a 40 hr/week, 3 month contract to perm role onsite in Sunnyvale, CA. This role is as a W-2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions, health benefits offered.
- Responsible for management of the customer advisory board: communications and events planning
- Program manage customer events – from strategy to execution/logistics/customer communications/agenda building/etc.
- Develop Video customer case studies, working through the entire process of securing customers, managing the study development process, reviews and publishing.
- 7+ years experience with B2B customer marketing, advisory board management, and customer case study development
- Strong passion for serving and understanding customers
- Proven event management skills
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree
