Job Description :

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to work in the integrated marketing team of a global b2b high tech leader. The focus of this role is to create programs across the sales cycle from customer acquisition, events, digital marketing, social and communication, etc. This team is the strategic lead for program development and execution responsibilities are shared with regional teams. This role will focus on building the campaign assets and working with cross-functional teams on feedback and approvals. The Integrated Marketing team provides GTM insight to our cross-functional teams around the world and helps with prioritization of marketing efforts against our aligned KPIs.


This is a 6 month project (extensions possible), 40 hours per week, working onsite in Palo Alto, CA (flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week).


This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions’ employee, health benefits offered.



  • Build relationships with key players across the globe who manage integrated marketing programs with whom you will partner, brainstorm, and troubleshoot

  • Project manage the creation of demand generation/integrated marketing assets, working across cross functional teams and agency partners.

  • Able to turn data into marketing intelligence, and help past performance lead to revenue-generating actions.

  • Regular reporting on and interpretation of KPIs, both for specific campaigns and for overall integrated marketing efforts

Required Qualifications :

  • 7+ years in demand generation, campaign management or integrated marketing for B2B global high tech companies or marketing agencies.

  • Background project managing the development of demand generation/campaign content, supporting all stages of the customer lifecycle

  • Strong project management skills

  • Thorough knowledge of marketing ROI including best practices, reporting and data analysis

  • Possess strong people and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate integrated programs by effectively coordinating and monitoring the work of multiple stakeholders and agencies across departments and the globe

  • Bachelors degree
