Marketing Manager – B2B Startup (FTE)

Job Description :
We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a fast growing, well-funded B2B high tech start up. We need a Marketing Generalist who is enthusiastic, a self-starter, independent and detail-oriented to join a small team. 

This is an FTE role in Palo Alto, CA. Compensation includes base salary, equity, benefits. 


1) Events

  • Planning and managing all external events including trade shows, conferences and workshops

  • Research and present new event opportunities to support the company’s marketing strategy

  • Responsible for all internal company events (e.g., Sales Kick Off)

  • Full budget responsibility

2) Digital Marketing

  • Aid in creation and measurement of multi-channel marketing campaigns top create and convert leads into pipeline opportunities

  • Execute a variety of digital marketing campaigns, including testing, promoting and coordination with the Sales Development Team

3) Social Media

  • Manage and optimize the company’s social media presence

  • Recommend and create content for social media

  • Develop, test and coordinate the company’s social media strategy

4) Management and Analytics

  • Coordinate with and leverage team members across Product, Sales and Customer Success groups

  • Analyze and track key metrics like campaign conversion, CPL, CPO

  • Responsible for the company’s marketing calendar of meetings, launches, events and campaigns

Required Qualifications :

  • 3+ years work experience

  • Experience in the technology start up environment

  • Experience addressing and knowledge of the Financial Vertical

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong copywriting and editing experience

  • Demonstrable experience executing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns

  • Event management experience

  • Experience with Marketing / email automation and CRM platforms

  • Photoshop experience is a plus
