Marketing Operations Manager (Palo Alto, CA)
We are looking for contract to perm, Marketing Operations Manager for small, fast growing enterprise mobile apps company based in Palo Alto, CA. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for working with the client’s Marketo system sync’d to Salesforce.com to support marketing efforts with email campaigns, landing pages, data imports and reporting efforts.
This is a 25 to 40 hours per week; 6 month contract to permanent onsite role at the client’s offices in Palo Alto, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions’ employee, benefits are offered.
· Efficiently administer and manage their marketing automation system (Marketo)
· Create, deliver marketing campaigns (email, landing pages, campaigns)
· Mine and manage contact database to segment targeted customers
· Manage creative assets: graphics, email templates, and landing pages
· Use both Marketo and Salesforce.com to perform program analysis and generate reports to benchmark the progress and effectiveness of marketing programs
· Implement lead scoring and lead nurturing best practices
· 2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com, ideally Marketo certified
· B to B technology experience
· High attention to detail and obsessiveness about accuracy and consistency
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Desired – mobile apps, enterprise software experience
