Sales Enablement Manager (FTE) (Sunnyvale, CA)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager for a well-established enterprise HR consulting firm.  The successful candidate will develop sales enablement content to address target customer segments and buyer personas through the buyer’s journey.  Content to be created include sales presentations, email templates, FAQs, target customer profiles, etc.  This role will also be required to measure results and improve the sales enablement process.


This is an FTE role in Sunnyvale, CA.  Compensation includes base salary, bonus, benefits.



·         Conduct an audit of sales and training content

·         Work closely with Sales and Sales Ops to develop and optimize content, including Sales Playbooks, Training Content, Presentations, Call Scripts, Templates, etc

·         Work closely with Product Managers to sustain a robust understanding of target audiences, buyer personas, market segments, current and new products and solutions

·         Establish appropriate measurement criteria for the effectiveness of sales enablement investments and programs, report quantifiable progress over time and adjust and change as needed to support Sales

·         Build and maintain sales go-to page on



Required Qualifications :

·         3+ years related work experience in Sales Enablement, Marketing or Product Marketing

·         Ability to develop programs using data insights and leverage KPIs to measure business impact

·         Demonstrated success in developing sales enablement content that help reps to achieve quota

·         Demonstrated success as a liaison between sales and marketing teams

·         Strong writing skills and clear communicator

·         Great organization skills, extreme attention to detail, and eye for quality

·         Must have an interest in understanding key customer pain points as well as the sales development process

·         Bachelor’s Degree
