Sales Leader – High Growth B2B Start up (FTE) (San Jose, CA)
We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader for a fast growing B2B fintech start up. This is a new role in the company to manage the newly expanded sales team. The client sells its SaaS financial services platform to large companies, who offer it as an HR benefit to their employees. With hundreds of current customers and new funding, the company’s growth is exploding and they need a strong sales leader to establish process, manage the sales team, and drive company growth.
This is full time job at the company’s offices in San Jose, CA. Full compensation and benefits package offered.
· Manage current and growing direct sales team members
· Responsible for hitting revenue targets – forecasting, reporting, territory management
· Handle both inbound and outbound lead flows/assignments
· Collaborate with marketing and account management/customer success teams to grow sales
· 2+ years experience in sales executive leadership
· 4+ years of sales management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
· Experience with hyper growth at an early stage startup
· Experience with healthcare, insurance, benefit platforms/products, preferred, but not required
· Deep understanding of inbound and outbound sales methodologies
· Metrics-driven and results-oriented;
· Bachelors degree
