Job Description :

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager for a contract role at a large, global B2B high tech company. The Sales Operations Manager will manage sales operation activities and programs that supports the global sales team. The Sales Operations Manager will review metrics, territory business plans, customer presentations and update the executive team.


 


This is a 40 hour per week, 3-month contract onsite role at Palo Alto, CA (flexibility to work 1 day per week remotely). This is a W-2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions, health benefits offered.


 


Responsibilities



  • Support the Director, WW Sales in preparation/review of metrics, territory/regional business plans, forecasts, customer presentations, updates to the executive team, etc.

  • Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness.

  • Apply best practice methodologies to develop and implement strategies to support the sales process.

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management in review of sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.

  • Work closely with Sales Training on the development and roll-out of educational materials, sales reports and new systems.

  • Maintain commercial field communication portal (extranet).

Required Qualifications :


  • 5+ years sales operations at large global organizations

  • Must have the ability to coordinate needs assessments across the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a matrix environment, and the aptitude in establishing and maintaining relationships across the organization.

  • Proven project management skills to execute multiple projects with tight deadlines.

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to efficiently and productively communicate both verbally and in writing are required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
