Sr. Demand Generation Manager – B2B Enterprise (San Francisco, CA)

Job Description :

An established, B2B high growth company is looking for a contract to perm Demand Generation Manager to lead enterprise customer demand generation activities – email campaigns, webinars, ABM activities, etc. This is both a strategic planning and program execution focused role


This is a 6 month contract to perm role, 40 hours per week, onsite in San Francisco, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions’ employee, health benefits offered.




  • Understand target markets, buyer persona, solution offering, competition, etc

  • Plan and execute marketing activities including ABM activities, email, webinars, content syndication, etc.

  • Manage marketing activities in Marketo

  • Track metrics, analyze results to improve ROI of marketing activities

  • Adjust marketing strategy based upon the metrics realized


Required Qualifications :


  • 6+ years of hands-on demand generation experience at an enterprise B2B company

  • Enterprise B2B Startup experience

  • Prior experience with a marketing automation system (Hubspot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.) and

  • Prior experience with managing ABM (Account Based Marketing) programs

  • Demonstrated analytical approach, understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics

  • Bachelors Degree
