Job Description :

We are looking for a Creative Services Program Manager for a Global B2B high tech leader. This role will focus on the program management of creative asset from concept to completion for internal communication and employee engagement teams. Must have experience as a Creative asset program/project manager in marketing agencies or a B2B high tech company.


 


This is a 6 month contract role (extensions or conversion to FTE possible), 40 hour per week. Remote at first then onsite (2-3 days per week) at the client’s offices in Santa Clara, CA.


 


This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions’ employee, health benefits and 401K offered.


 


Responsibilities:




· Develops and drives creative processes with internal and external teams, while maintaining


   quality standards


· Provides overall communication and interfaces with all areas affected by the program/project


  including internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders, business sponsors and vendors


· Develops detailed program/project execution plans for creative assets and manages all


  implementation processes, progress tracking, documentation, and on-time delivery


· Drives process and delivery with Brand agency partners who are an extension of the Global


   Brand team to ensure alignment on strategies, priorities, scope, budget and ROI on every


   investment


· Works cross-functionally with Brand Managers and Designers to ensure prioritization of work


   and team resourcing against Brand roadmap, documentation and training of all processes,


   while managing delivery of all brand programs


Required Qualifications :

· 5+ years of experience in creative services program management – at marketing agencies or at


  B2B High Tech companies


· Experience working with and managing marketing agencies


· Exceptional problem-solving skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for company purpose


  and brand


· Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple


  projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner.


· Strong problem solver who can think not only tactical, but bigger picture for all things related to


  the brand.


· Bachelor’s degree
