Stage 4 Solutions, Inc. (www.stage4solutions.com) is a fast growing staffing firm focused on filling Marketing, Technology and Operations roles at High Tech companies, Government agencies and healthcare organizations. We are based in Santa Clara, CA; with offices in NJ, PA and MA. We have experienced growth this year and need to expand our recruiting team to meet our growing client demands.

This is a full time job; 40 hour per week role as an independent consultant, based in India. Must work US business hours: EST, CST, MST or PST.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit the right talent to meet clients’ needs effectively and efficiently


• Post roles to internal ATS system; job boards; etc.


• Review all candidates who apply and assess skills/compensation needs against client needs


• Source candidates on Career Builder, Monster, Dice, Indeed, and Linkedin


• Set interviews for the candidate with Stage 4 Solutions’ Account Managers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with direct clients and VMS clients.


• Experience with US recruiting, mandatory


• Results oriented; aggressive with strong desire to succeed


• Excellent interpersonal skills; positive and engaging personality


• Proven past experience to compete and win roles


• Bachelor’s degree
